Yes, all our products are guaranteed to be 100% genuine. We take pride in ensuring the authenticity of every item we offer.

What is an Open Box Electronic? Is it used or refurbished?

Open box electronics are products that were either used on display by retailer or have been previously purchased and returned to the retailer or manufacturer for various reasons, such as change of mind, cosmetic damage to the packaging, or simply being opened and inspected by the customer. These items are in "like new" condition, having undergone inspection to ensure they are still in working order. They are then repackaged and sold at discounted prices compared to brand new items. Open box electronics offer customers an opportunity to save money while still receiving high-quality products with warranties and support and are considered even better than brand new ones due to its value for money factor.

What is Certified Refurbished? Is it repaired or damaged?

Certified Refurbished items undergo professional restoration by the manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendors. These products are inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet strict manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing excellent condition and performance. While they may not come in the original packaging, they include a warranty from the manufacturer for 3-6 months. Rest assured, these items maintain the highest quality standards. These products offer a reliable and cost-effective alternative to new electronics, making them a popular choice for those seeking quality and value.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We mainly offer Cash on Delivery alongside Visa/Master Card payment options.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Indeed, we accept card payments. However, we currently do not have a direct card payment option on our website. To make a card payment, please request the payment link via our chat support on WhatsApp. Please note that card payments may be subject to additional 3% merchant gateway charges, which depend on ongoing sales and promotions.

Do you have installment options available?

At present, we do not provide installment options. However, we do offer cash on delivery and card payment options. If you prefer installments, we recommend discussing with your credit card bank whether they can convert the transaction into installments.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.tech-seller.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@tech-seller.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with item's performance or any manufacturer defect that appears during the product testing before the delivery, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@tech-seller.com or Whatsapp (+971585537110), we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Yes, you can alter the order by same method i.e via email or whatsapp. 

When will my order arrive?

Our average delivery time is within 36-48 hours in UAE while 3 to 7 days in other GCC countries. Once we receive your order, our operational department will promptly schedule the delivery. In certain cases, we are even able to deliver on the same day. For specific delivery inquiries, our operational department will provide the most accurate information upon contacting you!

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to GCC countries UAE, Saudi, Oman at the moment. However we have our plan to expand the shipping network by third quarter of 2023

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to checkout page to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than AED 1,000, we provide free shipping within the UAE.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails or whatsapp, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, we accept returns for defective units only. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. You'll be offered a replacement or exchange after the item reaches back to us and we further test it for the defect. 

Can I return a malfunctioning product and receive a refund?

Returns for cash or store credit refunds are only accepted within 3 days of purchase. After this period, we offer repair or replacement for the product if it is found to be faulty.

What happens if the ordered item is malfunctioning and a replacement is unavailable?

If the item you have purchased is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, we will offer a full refund in the form of a credit note or cash refund, depending on the product and prior agreement with our customer service agent.

Who pays for shipping the item back?

If the item is being returned due to malfunction then we cover the shipping fees for returning the item. In other cases you may have to bear it. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via info@tech-seller.com. Providing the return is within the 7-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@tech-seller.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. We can also accept the returns if you don't like the condition of openbox/used/refurb item subject to further verification of support team. Brand new products can't be returned due to condition or any disliking factor unless there's a manufacturer defect.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Warranties

What do Tech Seller warranties cover?

Our warranties cover hardware malfunctions or product problems due to manufacturer defects, ensuring your peace of mind.

How long does it take to pick up, fix, and redeliver a malfunctioning item?

We aim to pick up the item within 3 days through a trusted courier after being contacted by the customer. After necessary repairs, we usually deliver the fixed or replaced item back to the customer within 2 weeks. However, in rare cases where imported parts are required from outside the UAE, it may take up to 45 days to complete the process.

Who pays for shipping back and redelivery?

For warranty purposes, the customer is responsible for paying the courier charges of AED 30 for one side (within UAE). For outside UAE please check with customer support.
