I just recently got my unit (Alienware 17 R4) from Killer Lappy Deals and it really almost killed me (figurative)! The quality of the unit is as close to that of a newly opened box. There maybe some small scratches but I can live with that. But the most outstanding part of my transaction with them is their customer assistance and support. This is my 3rd purchase from Killer. My trust and expectation haven't change. I bought the Razer Blade 15 W/8750h+ RTX2060 however it is open box laptop was in perfect condition without a doubt and best for the price rather than getting a brand new, new one from online where Warranty is anyhow wont be covered by Razer if you don't opt for the Additional warranty. This is a better purchase

Order a laptop on Wednesday night and got confirmation that delivery for my area only Thursday or Monday. I confirmed the order and requested if possible to deliver next day. I did not expect much to get the laptop in one day because my location is very far (almost 400 km from their office) but surprisingly they could manage to deliver the laptop in next day. I received the laptop in good condition, no scratch, no marks of fingerprint, really like brand new even though it is an open-box laptop. Overall it is excellent service and product, highly recommended.

I got a new ASUS rog last week. I found it cheaper than the one I saw in a store. Added to that they manage to deliver it on the same day when I purchased it online since there is a shipment going to Abu Dhabi. My only comment is that I didn't realize that this offer doesn't have freebies included as mentioned on the front page of their website as i clicked the fb link and re-directed me to the page of the actual product in their website where it says there are freebies included. Anyway they gave me a mouse and just happy to have the unit. I highly recommend this site for those who look for high end laptops at a much cheaper price.
